You work as part of a cross-functional team to lead and deliver the activities required to complete Process Design and Process Deployment for Innovation, Growth and Productivity projects across multiple geographies with an emphasis on delivering the desired consumer experience
How you will contribute
With the support of a manager and technical coaches, you will design and implement projects in line with RDQ, marketing and manufacturing requirements and effectively communicate project statuses and risks. As part of that planning process, you will conduct activities to generate the appropriate process information, using modelling, simulations, and pilot plant and plant trials in accordance with good manufacturing practices and HACCP requirements. You will also plan and conduct process development activities including process design and specifications, process scale-up and commissioning, technical risk assessments and create and maintain accurate consumer centric process specifications. In this role, you will assist in planning the effective use of resources, including the use of external agencies, and manage stakeholders, making recommendations and influencing decisions based on analysis and interpretation of data. You will also create intellectual property to drive competitive advantage.

O que você precisa saber sobre esta função:
Suportar o desenvolvimento do programa de IL6S em toda a planta, garantindo o desdobramento da estratégia de sistemas integrados (IL6S) e a execução dos planos estratégicos da planta através de suporte ao desenvolvimento de processos de trabalho e desenvolvimento de pessoas (treinamento e coach) junto às seções de manufatura e aos pilares de sistemas integrados.
Responsável pelo monitoramento da performance da linha de produção para garantir a mensuração dos KPI's (Indicadores Chave de performance), desenvolvimento e melhoria do processo produtivo de novos produtos e dos existentes. Participar ativamente em projetos e comissionamento de novos processos.

Executar as atividades inerentes a este cargo, sempre avaliando e garantindo aos procedimentos internos e controles para a Saúde, Segurança, Meio Ambiente, Segurança de Alimentos e Qualidade do Produto. Atendendo aos requerimentos de legislações e políticas internas (OSHAS 18001, QCMS, ISO9001 e FSSC22000).
Suportar a execução do plano de estratégico de implantação do programa de sistemas integrados (IL6S - Integrated Lean Six Sigma) na planta através do:
- Desenvolvimento de processos de trabalho junto aos pilares de sistemas integrados;
Contribuição com a implementação das ferramentas de TPM junto ao time principal e influência na gestão/evolução dos indicadores de sistemas integrados (focando no pilar MA, e fazendo as conexões com os outros pilares); - Desenvolvimento de pessoas em relação à inteligência, erradicação e prevenção de perdas, nos conceitos e ferramentas dos pilares de sistemas integrados;
Ser responsável, dentro da estrutura de Manufatura, pelo acompanhamento do desenvolvimento e execução de novos projetos:
- Promover e disseminar a metodologia do pilar de GII no desenvolvimento dos projetos;
Ser responsável pela implementação do processo de CQV (Comissionamento, Qualificação e Verificação) para garantir start up vertical; - Trabalhar junto às demais áreas (BD, R&D, Marketing e CS&L) garantindo o suporte de manufatura;
Contribuir para gestão e controle de todo o processo produtivo:
- Acompanhar e controlar sistematicamente o desempenho da produção por meio da análise dos indicadores SSQCDM (segurança, sustentabilidade, qualidade, custo, distribuição e moral), propondo os planos de ação necessários visando assegurar o cumprimento das metas e objetivos estabelecidos.
- Contribuir para construção e execução adequada do orçamento das linhas de produção.
- Ser responsável pelo acompanhamento e devidas atualizações do padrão de mão de obra das linhas e capacidades de produtos através da manutenção dos standards de produção.
- Contribuir para o mapeamento e execução de projetos de produtividade disseminando a cultura de melhoria contínua e de zero perda.
Educação / Certificações:
Bacharel(a) em Engenharia ou afins
Requisitos específicos do trabalho:
- Desenvolvimento de processos e/ou implantação de processos, idealmente em um ambiente de bens de consumo em rápida evolução
- Liderar equipes de projeto e influenciar equipes multifuncionais
- Planejando e entregando múltiplas prioridades
- Identificar problemas técnicos ou de negócios complexos e criar e implementar soluções
- Compreender o projeto de equipamentos e os processos de fabricação para apoiar as especificações do processo
- Usando dados técnicos para influenciar as partes interessadas
- Treinar e orientar outras pessoas em uma comunidade de processos
- Ser um defensor constante do consumidor

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Relevant engineering experience, ideally in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG)
- Experience in process development and process implementation/scale-up
- Experience leading project teams and influencing cross-functional teams
- Ability to plan and deliver multiple priorities and projects
- Experience identifying complex technical or business problems and implementing solutions
- Understanding of equipment design and manufacturing processes to support process specifications
- Using technical data and analysis to influence stakeholders and recommend actions
- Experience training, coaching and developing people in process communities
- Knowledge and adherence to food safety, quality and HSE management systems (HACCP, OHSAS 18001, QCMS, ISO9001, FSSC22000)
