As part of Mondelēz International Digital Services, you work with the services operations capability leads to ensure that defined processes and tools (which could be in sales, finance, marketing, customer service and logistics, procurement, HR, etc.) are used to provide impeccable service to the organization. You and your team will define and carry out resourcing plans that deliver efficient organizational performance
How you will contribute
In this role, you will oversee compliance monitoring, quality assurance and data protection activities and ensure the effective use of enabling technology, including case management tools. In addition, you will plan for and make sure that daily activities are completed, and implement and monitor quality standards for your team, including reviewing and adjusting key performance indicators and service level agreements to drive continuous improvement. You will also monitor, analyze and improve team performance to improve customer satisfaction. As a people leader, you will coach, motivate, train and inspire direct reports, provide guidance and direction to your team to ensure they are providing excellent responses to queries and requests, and manage individual performance.

Principais Responsabilidades
  • Liderar a operação de Folha de Pagamento do Brasil, garantindo processamento preciso e em conformidade com a legislação vigente.
  • Gerenciar processos de admissão, férias, rescisão, encargos, provisões, movimentações de pessoal e demais rotinas de folha.
  • Garantir aderência às obrigações legais, trabalhistas, previdenciárias, fiscais, eSocial e controles SOX.
  • Liderar e desenvolver a equipe de Payroll, promovendo excelência operacional, colaboração e melhoria contínua.
  • Gerenciar o relacionamento com fornecedores e parceiros externos, assegurando qualidade, compliance e atendimento às necessidades do negócio.
  • Atuar como referência técnica para temas relacionados à folha de pagamento, legislação e governança de processos.
  • Conduzir análises críticas de indicadores, variações de folha, riscos e oportunidades de otimização.
  • Participar de projetos, integrações sistêmicas e iniciativas de transformação, automação e melhoria contínua dos processos de Payroll.

Requisitos Obrigatórios
  • Formação superior completa em Administração, Recursos Humanos, Contabilidade, Finanças ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência sólida com processamento de folha de pagamento no Brasil.
  • Conhecimento aprofundado de legislação trabalhista, previdenciária e tributária.
  • Experiência prática com eSocial e acompanhamento de mudanças regulatórias.
  • Experiência com admissão, férias, rescisão, encargos e obrigações acessórias.
  • Vivência com gestão de fornecedores de folha de pagamento.
  • Experiência com liderança de equipes.
  • Conhecimento de controles internos e ambiente SOX.
  • Excel intermediário ou avançado.
  • Inglês avançado para participação em auditorias, projetos e interações com stakeholders globais.

Desejáveis
  • Experiência com Workday.
  • Experiência com ADP ou outros sistemas de folha de pagamento.
  • Vivência em projetos de implementação ou integração de sistemas.
  • Conhecimento em automação de processos, RPA ou ferramentas de melhoria contínua.
  • Experiência com gestão de expatriados.
  • Espanhol será considerado um diferencial.

A posição está baseada em São Paulo (SP) ou Curitiba (PR) - modelo híbrido (50% presencialmente)

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Finance or related field
  • Solid experience processing payroll in Brazil
  • In-depth knowledge of labor, social security and tax legislation
  • Practical experience with eSocial and tracking regulatory changes
  • Experience with admissions, vacations, terminations, payroll charges and accessory obligations
  • Experience managing payroll vendors and external partners
  • Experience leading and developing teams
  • Knowledge of internal controls and SOX environment
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel
  • Advanced English for audits, projects and global stakeholder interactions
  • Experience with Workday
  • Experience with ADP or other payroll systems
