As a member of the on-site services team, you provide technical support and operational excellence related to IT services.
How you will contribute
You will work with technology teams at global, regional and in-country levels to ensure that enterprise initiatives and supplier agreements are delivered to local markets cost effectively and with a high degree of customer satisfaction. To excel in this role, you will effectively oversee the vendors performing these services for Mondelēz and work closely with the wider IT team to ensure seamless alignment and provide overall leadership for IT field services in your area who support IT infrastructure setups, namely networks, hosting, end-user computing, printing, fixed and mobile voice services. You will also work with vendors to ensure resource needs being met across the country or business unit.

Principais Responsabilidades
- Gerenciar a performance dos fornecedores de serviços de infraestrutura de TI, garantindo aderência aos SLAs e identificando oportunidades de melhoria
- Liderar a implementação de iniciativas globais e regionais de infraestrutura no mercado local, garantindo alinhamento com as estratégias corporativas
- Prover liderança e direcionamento para o time de TI nos setups de infraestrutura
- Atuar como ponto de interface entre equipes globais, regionais (LATAM) e locais, garantindo que serviços globais sejam entregues localmente
- Gerenciar contratos e relacionamento com fornecedores, incluindo negociações e revisões de escopo
- Analisar indicadores de performance e satisfação, propondo planos de ação para melhoria contínua
- Garantir que as necessidades de recursos sejam atendidas pelos fornecedores, antecipando demandas e riscos
- Liderar projetos de transformação digital e aplicação de novas tecnologias na infraestrutura, utilizando metodologias ágeis
- Atuar na construção e evolução de dashboards e análises em Power BI para suportar decisões estratégicas da área de infraestrutura
Requisitos
- Formação superior completa em Tecnologia da Informação, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas
- Experiência sólida em infraestrutura de TI (EUC, telefonia, videoconferência)
- Experiência com análise de dados e construção de dashboards (Power BI)
- Domínio da plataforma Microsoft Power (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Experiência em gestão de fornecedores e contratos de TI, incluindo acompanhamento de SLAs e aplicação de penalidades
- Experiência em gestão de projetos de infraestrutura/transformação digital
- Habilidade de influência em ambientes matriciais
- Inglês avançado (interação frequente com times regionais e globais)
- Experiência em empresas multinacionais com grande volume de atendimento
Desejáveis
- Certificação ITIL
- Certificação PMP ou similar em gestão de projetos
- Certificação em Microsoft Power Platform
- Conhecimento em Tableau ou Amazon Quick
- Experiência com metodologias ágeis e ferramentas como JIRA
- Experiência com modelo de gestão por produto (Product Management)
- Espanhol básico
