You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Digital Services, working to support impeccable service operations.
How you will contribute
You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

Principais Responsabilidades
  • Executar e garantir o processamento de férias, rescisões, desligamentos e gestão de banco de horas, assegurando conformidade com políticas internas e legislação trabalhista
  • Realizar gestão e análise de controle de ponto eletrônico (Time Attendance), incluindo apuração de inconsistências, infrações de jornada e interface com folha de pagamento
  • Realizar atendimento presencial a colaboradores em planta (balcão) e via tickets, intermediando conflitos e prestando auxílio a empregados
  • Analisar e tratar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) da área, atualizar dashboards/BI, gerar insights e sinalizar desvios de forma proativa
  • Capacitar lideranças nos processos da área com didática e dinamismo, garantindo entendimento e autonomia dos gestores e People Leads (RH)
  • Ser ponto focal de projetos locais e auditorias, liderando entregas e garantindo conformidade
  • Atuar como preposta trabalhista em audiências e homologações sindicais, transitando em ambiente sindicalizado
  • Garantir governança de processos de terceiros e gestão documental trabalhista com rastreabilidade
  • Olhar para processos com visão de melhoria contínua: identificar GAPs, revisar materiais e propor ajustes, especialmente em contexto de migração de processos
  • Alinhamento de processos e demandas com demais áreas em RH como Benefícios, Payroll, Business Partners, etc.

Requisitos
  • Formação superior completa em Administração, Recursos Humanos, Psicologia ou áreas correlatas
  • Experiência sólida em rotinas de Administração de Pessoal / People Operations (rescisão, férias, ponto, banco de horas, jornada)
  • Conhecimento em ADP, ServiceNow e Workday
  • Experiência com controle de ponto eletrônico e interface com folha de pagamento
  • Conhecimento da legislação trabalhista brasileira (CLT)
  • Experiência como preposta em audiências trabalhistas e homologações sindicais
  • Vivência em ambiente sindicalizado
  • Habilidade analítica: experiência com KPIs, relatórios, BI e análise de dados de RH
  • Capacidade de capacitar lideranças e conduzir treinamentos (didática e dinamismo)
  • Excel intermediário/avançado
  • Perfil proativo, com visão de melhoria contínua e tomada de decisão baseada em dados
  • Inglês e Espanhol - bom comando para interface com operações de RH em outras localidades
