Skills Required
- 5-8 years ServiceNow development experience
- Hands-on implementation of at least two: ITSM, CMDB, Employee Center, Source2Pay, ITAM, Scope App
- Very strong JavaScript scripting skills (Business Rules, Script Includes, Fix Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies)
- Experience with Angular and React.js
- Service Portal development and widget creation
- Experience with Flow Designer and Integration Hub
- REST and SOAP integration experience, including scripted REST/SOAP API creation
- Hands-on Performance Analytics experience
- Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, certificate-based auth, and MID Server setup/management
- Implemented ServiceNow in domain-separated instances
- Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration
- Experience with LDAP/Active Directory and SSO implementation
- Custom ServiceNow application development experience
- Experience with CMDB, CSDM, App Engine, and related configuration (good-to-have)
- Experience modifying Service Portal, HTML coding and Jelly scripting (preferred)
