- Very strong ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Fix Scripts, Workflows, UI Actions, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Email Inbound)
- Experience with Angular and React JS
- Service Portal design and widget creation
- Knowledge and hands-on use of Flow Designer and Integration Hub
