Job Description:

Old Republic Title is seeking an onsite Escrow Processor to join our Tampa office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, managing financial transactions, and ensuring smooth escrow closings.

This position is based fully onsite Monday-Friday at our Tampa, FL location.

Responsibilities:

  • Order title commitment updates from title plant

  • Examine documents for accuracy and completeness.

  • Prepare CLUE endorsements for agents & underwriter

  • Input closing figures provided by agent for settlement statement for disbursement

  • Balance file and prepare disbursement sheets for bookkeeping dept.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing Accounts Receivable – Process payments, send account statements, and resolve discrepancies.

  • Commercial Escrow Processing – Prepare settlement statements, disburse escrow closings, and manage interest-bearing accounts.

  • Collaboration & Communication – Work closely with agents, finance teams, and corporate departments to ensure accurate transactions.

  • Confidentiality & Compliance – Handle sensitive financial information with professionalism and discretion.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable, settlement statement preparation, and escrow disbursement.

  • Strong administrative & technical skills – Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Excellent organizational skills – Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.

  • Professional & collaborative – Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and management.

  • Reliable & Detail-Oriented – Consistent attendance, accuracy in financial transactions, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
