GENERAL PURPOSE
Responsible for managing ERP system practices and stability. Leads the implementation of new solutions and provides oversight for system performance that enables business partners to accomplish objectives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Utilizes expertise with Infor LN CloudSuite to define, design, and implement solutions that meet business requirements.

Apply experience gained on ERP projects to identify opportunities for improving integrations and reducing the need for support.

Takes a lead role and work with business partners to develop and execute strategies and project plans.

Represent manufacturing site technology needs and interests when engaging with other MillerKnoll teams.

Guide business and technology team members to adopt best business process practices when implementing system changes.

Analyze and document current state ('As-Is') and future state ('To-Be') processes in line with project scope.

Assess implementation impact, identify contingency plans, and outline conversion specifications.

Develop estimates, establish "rules of engagement," and drive project plan execution.

Review and manage upgrades, cutover plans and implementation schedules with other teams.

Supervise data conversions, participate in training in an advisory role, and oversee completion of all required documentation.

Develop software selection criteria and lead the selection process for integrated applications.

Responsible for site technology financial planning and oversight

Supervise process compliance for change management and security

Manage application lifecycle and roadmap planning in partnership with the MillerKnoll Enterprise Application team
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience typically obtained by working a minimum five years in an IT environment.
Minimum five years of professional information systems work, including an understanding of hardware and software technology, and development methodologies.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Successful experience implementing Infor LN CloudSuite working with an implementation partner, internal project team, and corporate leadership.

Capable of understanding the needs of executive teams as someone who has extensive knowledge of ERP functionality in order to create a system that optimizes business processes.

Professional experience across the delivery landscape, including development, deployment, and support. DevOps preferred.

Ability to view opportunities and solutions from a broad, long-term perspective.

Broad understanding of business processes, information flow, and related systems.

Deep understanding of business processes for discrete manufacturing, supply chain, and shipping processes.

Understands architecture and processes required to support back office shared service models/ownership

Demonstrated ability to communicate information, ideas, procedures, and processes in a logical sequence at an appropriate level.

Excellent interpersonal skills. Effectively deal with the challenge of unfamiliar tasks and can manage ambiguity.

Accurately scope out length and difficulty of work packages.

Must have travel flexibility for future Infor LN CloudSuite site implementations.
