Role summary
Join Expedia Group’s Loyalty team to define the strategy and roadmap for member protection and flexibility products that strengthen value across Hotels.com, Vrbo, and BEX. In close partnership with InsurTech and TEaL, you will lead product strategy for loyalty assurance offerings and help shape how these benefits support the member experience.
What you’ll do
Define the long-term product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for loyalty assurance products for members across all brands.
Set clear portfolio priorities across protection and flexibility offerings.
Partner closely with InsurTech, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Finance, Legal, and Brand teams to drive discovery, delivery, and launch readiness.
Define the member value proposition and eligibility model for assurance benefits within One Key tiering.
Use data, experimentation, and market insight to evaluate product fit and member impact.
Drive the in-product member experience for assurance products.
Drive cross-brand alignment and executive storytelling on strategy, tradeoffs, and investment decisions.
Manage ambiguity, unblock dependencies, and keep multiple workstreams moving in a highly matrixed environment.
Apply AI/ML and rule-based contextualization and personalization to drive maximum ROI.

A clear cross-brand assurance strategy that connects loyalty benefits to repeat booking and member retention.
A prioritized roadmap that balances member value, commercial outcomes, and delivery feasibility.
Strong partnership with InsurTech that results in scalable, compliant, and brand-appropriate launches.
Measurable improvement in loyalty engagement, repeat purchase, and assurance attach/usage.
Who you are
A seasoned product leader with deep experience owning complex, technical, cross-functional products.
Strong at product vision, roadmap definition, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.
Comfortable operating across brands, geographies, and business models.
A clear communicator who can simplify sophisticated product and commercial concepts.
Data-driven, customer-obsessed, and comfortable making decisions in ambiguity.
Minimum qualifications
10+ years of product management experience, or equivalent senior product leadership experience.
Experience leading highly technical consumer or platform products in a matrixed organization.
Proven track record of building and scaling products with multiple stakeholders and business constraints.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred qualifications
Experience with travel, fintech, insurance, loyalty, or marketplace products.
Experience working with partner-led product models and regulated or quasi-regulated offerings.
Ability to lead through influence without direct authority.
