C.H. Robinson is seeking a Senior Product Manager to focus on our Documents and Customs services, which are core capabilities and service lines of our Global Forwarding division. Our Lean AI culture focuses on outcomes and data driven methods to generate high value at an accelerated pace. You will drive improvements to internal and external user experience, productivity, and levels of risk. This roles decisions will be shaped by curiosity and rigorous analysis and research – both qualitative and quantitative. Senior Product Managers at CH Robinson are expected to consider analytical insights, direct customer feedback, technical implications, and our overarching business strategy to form and execute on the plan for your product. This role will collaborate with software engineers, designers, other product managers, marketers, analysts, and business leaders on high visibility projects. Senior Product Managers will be the voice of the user/stakeholder for their products, setting problem solving priorities, derisking development, and validating impact with targeted users/stakeholders
This role can be based only in MN, IL Or Kansas City
Responsibilities:
- Define a roadmap of strategies and products, to drive growth and support our customers
- Partner with other Pricing, Product, Data Science and Technical teams to deliver complete solutions that support business needs
- Conduct sophisticated quantitative, qualitative, business, customer, and strategic research and analysis to identify, test/validate, develop, and implement marketplace growth programs
- Manage projects from start to finish, including stakeholder management and communication of results, insights and recommendations
- Develop and maintain pricing intelligence, enabling data-driven decision making by senior leaders
- Define requirements, metrics analysis and partner with engineering counterparts on development, testing, and launching efforts
- Minimize wasted technology investment by testing/validating hypotheses behind proposed investments, and by auditing and improving existing investments
- Manage tradeoffs and evaluate new ideas and opportunities with stakeholders, driving to alignment while maintaining a clear focus on overarching business priorities
- Navigate an ambiguous environment, from a strategic and tactical perspective, where the product management function is still maturing
- Mentor other Product Managers, help shape our culture, introduce best practice, and bring knowledge to the team
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in product management experience, conducting strategic quantitative and/or qualitative analysis to inform technology/operations investments/changes in a cross-functional enterprise environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and high school diploma/GED
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years or more of digital marketplace dynamics/mechanics experience in a product or data science capacity
- Master’s degree Business Administration/Management, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, Analytics/Data Science

Compensation Range
$113,000.00 - $254,200.00The base pay range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Your individual base pay within this range is determined by work location, which takes into account geographic cost of labor, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
