At Mukuru, we’re not just moving money — we’re powering businesses and communities. We’re looking for an Enterprise Sales Representative who thrives on being out in the field, building relationships, and opening doors in the enterprise space, particularly within the tobacco sector.
This role is all about front-line impact. You’ll be the face of Mukuru on the ground — identifying opportunities, engaging enterprise clients, and laying the foundation for long-term partnerships. If you love connecting with people, spotting opportunities before others do, and turning conversations into pipelines, this one’s for you.
What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll play a critical role in strengthening Mukuru’s enterprise footprint by:
Actively generating and qualifying enterprise leads through hands-on, field-based engagement
Initiating first meetings and building strong early-stage relationships with enterprise clients
Maintaining a visible and consistent presence across tobacco auction floors
Accurately capturing and managing all leads and opportunities in HubSpot, keeping the pipeline clean and current
Sharing market insights, competitor activity, and field intelligence with sales leadership
Supporting onboarding and early account activities where required to ensure a smooth client journey
Your impact will be measured through:
Quality and volume of qualified leads generated
First meetings secured with enterprise clients
Accuracy and value of your sales pipeline
Consistent auction floor coverage and engagement
Revenue supported through successful deal closures
We’re looking for someone who brings both confidence and credibility:
Proven experience in B2P or enterprise sales
Strong interpersonal skills with sound judgement and business acumen
Comfortable working independently in a field-based environment
Disciplined and confident using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
Experience in agriculture or the tobacco sector is a strong advantage
