This position is based in our Irvine, California Corporate Headquarters with the opportunity for a hybrid schedule.

The role:

Ingram Micro (“Ingram”) is seeking a candidate for the position of Senior Enterprise Risk Management (“ERM”) Analyst. The Sr. ERM Analyst will report to Ingram’s Senior Vice President of Internal Audit & Enterprise Risk Management.

As Sr. Enterprise Rist Management Analyst, you will support the Senior Vice President of Internal Audit & Enterprise Risk Management to further strengthen the governance, framework, and processes for effectively managing risks across the organization. You will engage collaboratively with the business and functions to understand risks, enhance enterprise risk identification and assessment processes and track risk responses. You will help with continued development and enhancement of risk dashboards, monitoring reports and various other management presentation materials.

This is a key role in ensuring the business manages the enterprise risks that can directly impact our ability to achieve our strategic objectives.

  • Assist with planning, scheduling and execution of Enterprise Risk Management program components across the business in a timely manner and assist in the further development and maturity of the overall ERM program.

  • Assist the Senior Vice President of Internal Audit & Enterprise Risk Management in conducting the annual Strategic Risk Assessment (SRA) process, including stakeholder outreach and engagement, survey and interview analysis, etc.

  • Develop and disseminate Enterprise Risk Management risk dashboards and monitoring reports that promote meaningful and consistent risk monitoring and reporting tailored to different audiences (including executives, board members, and other relevant stakeholders).

  • Prepare material for teams (including Executive Risk Sponsors, Risk Delegates, and Risk Working Groups) to gather and synthesize risk-related information. Assist the business in tracking and monitoring key risk indicators (KRIs) on the top enterprise risks to help inform business decisions.

  • Prepare meeting agendas and presentation materials to communicate Enterprise Risk Management

  • Program activities and updates for recurring Risk Council and Executive Risk Committee meetings. 

  • Assist in the preparation of the Enterprise Risk Management material for the board. 

  • Keep abreast of industry risk trends, emerging risks, and enterprise risk management standards and frameworks.

  • Assist in other activities within the Internal Audit function such as internal audits, SOX 404, data analytics and various reporting to senior management. Support the Senior Vice President of Internal Audit & ERM in fostering a risk-aware culture across the organization through ongoing risk activities.

What you bring to the role:

  • Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Enterprise Risk Management, Quantitative Analysis, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Must demonstrate sound understanding of Enterprise Risk Management frameworks and internal control principles and concepts.

  • 5+ years of professional experience in audit, risk management, compliance, consulting, with exposure to operational risk, compliance, risk and controls management, or audit experience (preferably within the technology industry).

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to successfully guide projects through to completion.

  • Excellent communication skills for effective risk reporting and communicating the value of risk management, with the ability to build strong working relationships and interact with associates at all levels of the organization.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze large amounts of data and effectively communicate key points to management.

  • Strong presentation skills, including the ability to synthesize insights for key risk themes and develop presentation materials.

  • Ability to work independently, manage and execute multiple projects within required timelines and expectations.

  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $88,700.00 - $150,800.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
