Enterprise Risk Management Sr Analyst

• Lead and support key initiatives across Business Continuity, Enterprise Risk Management, and Third-Party Risk Management programs 

• Drive the execution of Business Impact Analyses (BIAs): engage with business leaders to assess critical processes, recovery time objectives (RTOs), and interdependencies 

• Administer and optimize the business continuity planning platform: manage user access, ensure data integrity, and oversee issue resolution 

• Analyze continuity and risk data to identify trends, vulnerability, and opportunities for mitigation; develop actionable insights and strategic recommendations 

• Develop and maintain enterprise-wide business continuity and disaster recovery plans, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and organizational priorities 

• Escalate unresolved risks and gaps to leadership with clear documentation and follow-up strategies 

• Design and facilitate business continuity exercises and tabletop simulations, including scenario planning, logistics, facilitation, and after-action reporting 

• Collaborate with IT, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure continuity plans are integrated and compliant with internal and external requirements 

• Conduct third-party risk assessments, evaluating vendor resilience capabilities and documenting findings 

• Create and deliver executive-level dashboards, reports, and presentations using PowerPoint and data visualization tools 

• Provide project management and administrative support for enterprise risk initiatives, including meeting coordination, documentation, and reporting 

• Stay current on industry best practices, emerging risks, and regulatory changes impacting business continuity and operational resilience  

• Performs other duties as requested or assigned
