What you will do

You will join us as an Enterprise Project Manager, becoming the first in this role for the APAC region. You will be dedicated to ensuring the success of our largest global clients, managing a portfolio of multiple enterprise accounts. As the central point of coordination for all ongoing projects, you will manage complex programs like Business Intelligence implementations and new product onboardings. This autonomous role requires a proactive approach to strengthen client relationships, drive product adoption, and provide regional alignment across time zones.

Where you will have impact

  • Lead end-to-end implementations of our solutions, including Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards, for our largest global clients.
  • Organize all projects / programs within the Enterprise accounts to ensure on-time delivery, budget compliance and that all business objectives are achieved.
  • Establish clear program governance and expertly guide stakeholder expectations, from individual hotel properties to C-level executives at global headquarters.
  • Use strong project management skills to ensure  chain account entitlements outlined in  corporate agreements are executed upon.
  • Create & maintain project / program documentation that provides a clear overview of project timelines, activities, potential risks / issues using task management tools
  • Act as a bridge between clients and our internal Product and Engineering teams, capturing custom requirements and managing delivery timelines.
  • Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by developing robust project plans and supporting churn prevention initiatives.
  • Lead regular program status calls with key global chains
  • Support in regularly scheduled feedback calls and articulate Chain Account requirements back to the Product Management teams.
  • Prepare and present program progress, key achievements, and performance against goals during Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Serve as the voice of our APAC customers, providing actionable feedback to internal teams to enhance our products and processes.
  • Leverage AI driven insights and automation across CRM, conversation intelligence and commercial data to improve forecast accuracy, elevate pipeline quality, ensure smarter account execution, and continuously optimise sales processes in partnership with Sales Operations.

Who you are

Essential

  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a program or project management role, successfully managing enterprise or global accounts.
  • Strong hospitality industry knowledge, with a deep understanding of hotel management structures, chain operations, and the OTA environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently, from planning and resource allocation to risk management and execution.
  • Exceptional business acumen and interpersonal skills, with comfort and experience engaging with C-level executives.
  • A tech-savvy mindset with the ability to understand data solutions and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A proactive, self-starter mentality with the ability to work autonomously across different time zones, primarily collaborating with teams in APAC and EMEA.
  • Excellent ability to influence and direct internal teams to ensure client objectives and project milestones are successfully met.
  • A coachable and adaptable attitude, with a strong willingness to receive feedback and continuously improve.
  • You are AI curious and performance obsessed. You actively explore how automation, generative AI and data driven insights can improve coaching, forecasting and deal execution. You see AI as a lever to optimize results, not as a trend.

We welcome

  • A background in the SaaS industry, particularly with product rollouts or integrations.
  • Specific knowledge of the APAC hospitality market.
  • Professional proficiency in Mandarin.
