Content Analyst

Title: Content Analyst, Content Management
Level: Associate 3
About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to support our day-to-day data operations. This role is ideal for someone who is meticulous, reliable, and comfortable working with large volumes of data in a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily data keying and data quality control (QC) tasks in line with defined standards and processes
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and currency of Standard and Regulatory content within Accuris products
• Conduct regular checks to identify and correct data discrepancies or missing information
• Follow established data guidelines and quality benchmarks to maintain high data integrity
• Participate in regular meetings with internal teams across multiple regions, including local teams as well as stakeholders in India and the US
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data-related issues and ensure alignment on requirements
• Support continuous improvement efforts by highlighting recurring issues and suggesting process enhancements.

Key Qualifications:

• A Degree in Information Management, Business, or related fields; or combination of education and prior experience.

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Comfortable performing repetitive and structured tasks
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools
• Good communication skills and ability to work with global teams
• Ability to follow instructions, guidelines, and standard operating procedures
