About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Healthcare Account Executive to join our team, focusing on selling innovative behavioral health services to health systems and large provider organizations. In this role, you will be responsible first and foremost for being the face of Rula for new health system and provider group partners. You’ll be blazing a trail toward success in the health system space by developing and managing strategic relationships with key stakeholders within health organizations, driving growth by identifying and addressing their behavioral health needs, and positioning Rula as a trusted partner. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise sales, a current rolodex of contact within health system leadership, a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, and a passion for improving behavioral health outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the healthcare industry

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a consultative selling environment. Documentation of rankings / performance required

  • Strong knowledge of health systems, their organizational structures, and purchasing processes is crucial

  • Excellent communication, presentation, technology, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience at a high-growth start-up 

  • 3+ years experience selling a product that required ongoing personal account management

  • Has managed and grown a >$1M territory / book of business 

  • Experience working on cross-functional teams where your wins were dependent on the activities of others

  • Highly organized individual capable of moving several large opportunities, each with multiple contacts, forward effectively

  • Ability to multi-thread within an organization to ensure multiple advocates are committed to our service

Compensation Range: $229.5K - $270K
