The Enterprise Business Development Manager is a key sales role at Airwallex. Based out of our Tel-Aviv office, you’ll be focused on generating and qualifying leads that will build Airwallex’s Enterprise sales pipeline across the Middle East market. You will use your experience to hit the ground running and deliver quick results. Success in this role is based on achieving target volume and revenue targets and with the commission structure for this role, there is a significant upside for won opportunities.

What you'll be doing
Own the top of the Enterprise funnel: Research and engage enterprise prospects across email, cold calling, and other touchpoints to open strategic conversations
Act as a consultative first point of contact, asking the right questions to genuinely understand a prospect's needs and assess fit before positioning Airwallex's value
Qualify and prioritize opportunities with judgment, connecting prospects to Account Executives and staying close through the first call to ensure continuity
Shape how we go to market, testing outreach approaches, feeding insights back to Marketing, and helping build the playbook as the Enterprise team scales in Israel.

Outbound Hunter: You have proven outbound prospecting experience and thrive on proactively identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-value enterprise accounts from scratch
