Summary of Position:
As an Enterprise Architect in the banking sector, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our transformation agenda. You will collaborate with end-to-end agile platform teams, balancing customer, business, and technical outcomes. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping our technical strategy, driving implementation, and fostering a culture of innovation and growth.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of hands-on .NET development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred.
- Proven experience with 5+ as an Enterprise Architect in the banking or financial services industry.
- Expertise in agile methodologies, cloud computing, API-centric platforms, and data analytics.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in cultural transformation, change management, and innovation leadership.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and their potential business applications.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
*Please note, this role will be a contract to hire with potential conversion with the end client. The role requires 4 days per week of on-site work within the DFW area. This role is not eligible for sponsorship. Seeking U.S. Citizens or Green Card Holders.
