Enterprise Architect

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Enterprise architect to lead the global IT infrastructure architecture team of SOLEVO based in Belgrade, Serbia. What do we expect from the candidate? The candidate will lead the infrastructure architecture team (on premises and cloud) of the SOLEVO group in all technical and managerial aspects.

• Define the infrastructure with the help of currently 1 devops and the technicians of SOLEVOs infrastructure operations team

• Lead infrastructure projects especially the integration of new companies in our global domain or the migration from a hybrid to a full cloud domain
• Manage all domain infrastructure vendors including license negotiations from the selection to the invoicing
• Define the ITIL processes for the IT infrastructure service & support of SOLEVO group for approximately 1000 users to be carried out by the infrastructure operations team
• Plan, design and support SOLEVO group’s IT infrastructure on premises • Manage SOLEVO’s cloud infrastructure
• Automatize IT maintenance tasks to create an efficient and lean infrastructure organization
• Support the IT director in creating the IT budget concerning domain infrastructure
• Responsible for attaining the approved budget goals
• Take full responsibility for the IT security from Predicts, Prevent, Detect to Respond/Recover
• Constantly monitors latest security developments and provides recommendations

• Working in a management or team lead position in an infrastructure team (>5 years)
• IT Engineer experience (10 years) in systems and infrastructure
• Deep understanding of on-prem hardware: servers, firewalls, routers, switches, enterprise networking for design, installation, deployment and maintenance
• Proficient with Azure IaaS & PaaS: VMs, VNets, NSGs, Load Balancers, Azure Firewall (5 years)
• Experience managing hybrid cloud environments: Azure Arc, VPN Gateways, ExpressRoute together with Azure AD and Identity governance
• Knowledge of network security, firewall policies, Zero Trust architecture
• Familiarity with support and ticketing systems, incident tracking and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or Zendesk.
• Experience with automation tools: Terraform, Ansible, Azure Automation, PowerShell, Bash
• Ability to produce and enforce policies and provide technical documentation for audits.
• Excellent communication skills in fluent English for effective stakeholder engagement and documentation. French is a bonus.

• French Language is considered a huge bonus
• Having led migration projects or implementation is appreciated
• Knowledge and experience with major hyperscalers like preferably Azure, AWS, GCP
• Having experience with licensing, vendor management and budgeting processes Desired Certificates
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• AZ-305: Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions
• SC-100: Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect
• TOGAF
• Certifications in process management methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) or Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master) are highly beneficial.

• Demonstrated ability to tackle complex problems effectively and adapt to fast-paced growing environments.
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to mentor junior engineers to let the them grow on a personal and qualification level
• Proven track record of working effectively in remote team settings, demonstrating flexibility, and contributing positively to a collaborative work environment.
