Lead functional scope for Supply Chain, Logistics, WMS, and Manufacturing in multi‑country D365 F&O rollouts. Manage fit‑gap, design, configuration, testing, training, integrations, go‑live and hyper‑care. Drive business analysis, write functional/technical designs, mentor users, support a 600+ user landscape, and contribute to product roadmap and continuous improvement.

Sell and grow company business in the Western Cape: identify and develop new client relationships, maintain existing accounts, meet sales/profit targets, negotiate and close deals, support on-site client needs, and represent company products competitively.
