You work in Mondelēz International Digital Services, coordinating your duties to support impeccable service operations. In this role, you work with other employees to ensure that processes are adhered to and documented.
How you will contribute
- Coordinates Car Fleet for EAM countries (Serbia, Croatia and Slovenia) including implementation of car fleet plans, budgets, and costs.
- Frequently communicates with EAM leasing and insurance companies on car leasing, replacement, maintenance, or rent-a-car
- Responsible for car fleet contracts, updates, and prolongation and all car fleet administration within Mondelez in accordance with countries local law
- Responsible for coordination with car insurance companies for on-time prolongation or preparation for new cars
- Implements Mondelez Car policy to local markets
- Supports Safety driving agenda within Health and Safety, trains users on policies, and advice if needed
- Supports car drivers, both company and perk, in daily operations, on-time car replacement, and repairs
- Responsible for scheduling, organizing and physically carrying out tire replacement, service, maintenance/repairs, technical inspection and vehicle registration.
- Works closely with HR, sending on-time data of car drivers' data changes
- Works closely with Finances on regular payments, change of cars per driver
- Communicates and coordinates Parking rules, helping local teams with changes
- Supervises the fleet, reports to the line manager and the MD, fuel consumption and variable costs of using official cars; as well as monitoring the damage to the car caused by the user of the vehicle
- Supports and prepares docs for car fleet tender for EAM
- In crisis, finds the solution with the leasing company to maintain regular daily operations of car drivers
