Position Summary
ECS is seeking an Enterprise Architect - Senior to support the Army National Guard ENOCS program. The selected candidate will play a critical role in designing and developing enterprise architecture artifacts and roadmaps to align with DoDAF guidance, supporting ARNG modernization initiatives. This position involves ensuring the integration of business processes, systems, infrastructure, and security frameworks to meet operational and strategic objectives, contributing to the broader enterprise program's success.
Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise architecture artifacts and transition roadmaps in alignment with DoDAF guidance.
- Conduct comprehensive architecture analysis to develop current and future state models.
- Align business processes, systems, infrastructure, and security frameworks with ARNG modernization initiatives.
- Ensure integration across enterprise domains to support operational and strategic objectives.
- Coordinate with program leadership, engineering teams, and cybersecurity stakeholders to ensure architecture solutions meet interoperability and scalability requirements.
- Maintain compliance with DoD enterprise architecture standards and governance processes.
- Lead efforts to support capability integration initiatives across business, application, data, and technology domains.
- Oversee the development and governance of enterprise architecture within DoD or Federal IT environments.
Required Qualifications
- Clearance: Secret Eligible required
- S. Citizenship required
- DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 651-Enterprise Architect at the Advance proficiency level
- Certifications (one or more required): CISSP-ISSAP, CISSP-ISSEP, CASP-CE, CCNP, CISA, CISP
- Education: BS degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or Software Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture development, analysis, and governance within DoD or Federal IT environments.
- Demonstrated experience with DoDAF and Army architecture guidance.
- Proven ability to align business processes and systems to support enterprise transformation.
- Experience in conducting architecture analysis for modernization and capability integration.
- Ability to ensure compliance with DoD enterprise architecture standards.
