Position Summary
ECS is seeking an IT Enterprise System Architect - Senior to support the Army National Guard (ARNG) ENOCS program. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in analyzing and shaping the enterprise IT architecture in alignment with ARNG CIO/G6 policies and initiatives. This role involves assessing the implications of these policies on the enterprise infrastructure, data architecture, cybersecurity posture, and cloud environments. The IT Enterprise System Architect will ensure that all architectural developments are consistent with DoD guidance and contribute to the modernization objectives and mission requirements of the ARNG.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical analyses of ARNG CIO/G6 policies to determine their impact on enterprise IT architecture.
- Develop architectural position papers and integration assessments to support strategic policy decisions.
- Evaluate and enhance the ARNG's enterprise infrastructure, data architecture, and cybersecurity posture.
- Ensure alignment of IT strategies with DoD architecture guidance and enterprise modernization goals.
- Lead the development of technical impact analyses to support ARNG-wide IT strategy.
- Provide expert guidance on the integration of cloud environments within the existing IT framework.
- Oversee the implementation of governance frameworks to maintain compliance with DoD standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure enterprise architecture supports mission objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Clearance: Secret Eligible required
- S. Citizenship required
- DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 651-Enterprise Architect at the Advance proficiency level
- Education: Masters or PHD in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or Software Engineering.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in enterprise architecture analysis within DoD or Federal environments.
- Proven experience in developing architectural position papers and technical impact analyses.
- Demonstrated ability to align IT strategies with DoD architecture guidance and mission objectives.
- Experience in assessing and enhancing cybersecurity postures and data architectures.
- Strong understanding of cloud environment integration and governance frameworks.
