The Enterprise AI Portfolio Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining a single, trusted, and measurable view of enterprise AI priorities, progress, dependencies, and outcomes. This role ensures enterprise AI strategy is translated into clear portfolio visibility and decision-ready insights so leadership can make informed, data-backed decisions on what to invest in, scale, pause, or stop.
This role combines portfolio leadership with hands-on business intelligence ownership. The individual will personally design, build, and maintain executive portfolio dashboards and reporting views while driving the governance and operating rhythm needed to keep the portfolio accurate, current, and focused on outcomes.

To support this, employees in this role are expected to be on‑site four days a week, with the flexibility to work one day remotely. Core in‑office days are Tuesday–Thursday, with the fourth day determined by business needs. Remote applicants who are qualified may also be considered.
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities
Own and maintain the enterprise AI portfolio inventory, including initiatives, status, milestones, dependencies, risks, and outcomes.
Establish and sustain clear traceability from enterprise AI strategy to initiatives and delivered business value.
Design, build, and maintain executive dashboards and portfolio reporting views used for leadership decision-making.
Define and manage portfolio KPIs and metrics, including value delivered, adoption, delivery health, risk, capacity, duplication, and maturity.
Deliver fact-based insights that support prioritization, sequencing, capacity planning, and leadership trade-off decisions.
Identify and surface portfolio risks early, including over-commitment, duplication, stalled initiatives, misalignment to strategy, and unclear outcomes.
Develop and maintain a lightweight governance model that aligns teams and supports consistent portfolio reporting without unnecessary bureaucracy.
Establish and lead a portfolio operating cadence, including monthly portfolio reviews and quarterly strategy and value refreshes.
Drive portfolio hygiene and continuous improvement by ensuring timely updates, addressing aging or stalled work, and reducing manual reporting effort.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information systems, or related fields.
Eight or more years of experience in portfolio management, strategy execution, transformation, analytics, or product operations within a complex enterprise environment.
Demonstrated experience managing product or capability portfolios, not solely project tracking.
Hands-on experience building executive dashboards and portfolio views using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent BI platforms.
Strong competency in KPI design, metric definition, and portfolio analytics, with the ability to challenge weak or inconsistent data.
Executive-ready communication skills with the ability to synthesize complexity into clear narratives and recommendations.
Proven ability to work through ambiguity, influence without authority, and drive cross-functional alignment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting AI, data, digital, or platform portfolios and governance at enterprise scale.
Familiarity with value realization, investment tracking, and partnering with finance on outcomes measurement.
Experience implementing portfolio cadences across multiple teams or business units.
Comfort working across portfolio tooling ecosystems, such as Jira, Rally, BI layers, intake workflows, and automation improvements.
