About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise SaaS Software Seller to drive the sale of complex software solutions to large enterprise customers. In this role, you will own the full sales cycle—from identifying new business opportunities and building strong customer relationships to closing deals and expanding strategic accounts.
You understand the challenges of enterprise customers, engage confidently with senior decision-makers, and connect business value with technical solutions. Ideally, you bring experience selling complex SaaS solutions in a B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales process within the enterprise segment
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-level, IT, and business decision-makers
- Develop and execute strategic account plans
- Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- Qualify customer needs and create compelling business cases
- Work closely with presales, marketing, customer success, partners, and product teams
- Conduct presentations, discovery calls, negotiations, and executive meetings
- Maintain pipeline, forecasts, and customer data in the CRM system
- Achieve and exceed revenue, pipeline, and activity targets
Requirements
- 5+ years of successful B2B software or SaaS sales experience
- German Native speaker
- Proven track record of selling to enterprise customers with complex buying centers
- Experience managing long and structured sales cycles
- Strong understanding of value selling, consultative selling, and stakeholder management
- Confident presence at management and executive level
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- High level of self-motivation, drive, and entrepreneurial thinking
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and common sales tools
- Strong written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus
