As we continue to grow, we are looking for an ambitious and results-oriented Enterprise Account Manager (Hunter) DACH to join our Sales team and play a key role in expanding our enterprise customer base.

In this position, you will be responsible for acquiring new national and pan-European enterprise accounts headquartered in Germany, identifying strategic growth opportunities, and building lasting relationships with executive-level stakeholders. Working closely with Marketing, Presales, Customer Success, Partners, and Regional Sales teams, you will lead complex sales cycles from prospecting to closing and directly contribute to Webfleet's continued success in the enterprise segment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for achieving new business and revenue targets in the enterprise segment.

  • Identifying, prioritizing, and developing strategic target customers with high revenue potential.

  • Developing and implementing a sustainable hunting strategy for defined target markets and industries.

  • Developing and managing complex enterprise sales cycles through to contract closure.

  • Building relationships with business decision-makers and C-level stakeholders.

  • Conducting executive engagements, business reviews, and strategic discovery processes.

  • Developing account plans for prioritized target customers and large-scale projects.

  • Working closely with regional teams to scale newly acquired customers.

  • Continuously analyzing the market, competition, and industry to identify new business opportunities.

  • Ensuring high-quality management of the sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM.

Who are You?

To be successful as an Enterprise Account Manager (Hunter) DACH, this is the kind of profile we have in mind:  

  • Several years of proven, successful experience in solution-oriented B2B sales, consistently exceeding sales targets.

  • Extensive experience in new business development (hunting) as well as in building and developing strategic enterprise accounts.

  • Proven success in acquiring and developing large, complex client organizations with cross-border structures and multiple decision-making levels.

  • Experience working with companies that have large vehicle fleets and decentralized organizations, such as DHL, Falck, G4S, Ecolab, or comparable corporations.

  • Strong ability to identify new business opportunities, tap into market potential, and generate sustainable revenue growth.

  • Experience selling complex software, SaaS, telematics, or fleet management solutions to C-level and senior management decision-makers.

  • Proven ability to independently manage complex sales processes from strategic planning through opportunity development to successful contract closure.

  • Confident demeanor at the management and executive board levels, along with the ability to persuade various stakeholders and build long-term relationships.

  • Experience in international and multicultural business environments, as well as in managing cross-border sales projects within the DACH region.

  • Analytical and strategic mindset with a strong focus on business development, prioritization, long-term account planning, and market development.

  • High level of self-motivation, strong independence, and the ability to proactively identify and drive opportunities.

  • Experience in creating and implementing account plans, territory plans, and go-to-market strategies.

  • In-depth knowledge of the telematics industry, fleet management, or related technologies is a plus.

  • Willingness to engage in continuous professional and personal development through training, continuing education, and market analysis.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English, both verbal and written.
