In a typical day as a Enterprise Account Manager, you would

• Identify new accounts, products and business potentials

• Be responsible for turnover and margins as well as be able to establish and maintain account plans to promote sales growth

• Establish proactively strong professional relationships and credibility with key IT and business executives in the corporate account.

• Identify key performers and develop a succession plan to ensure individual and group excellence; manage performance and results of high and low performers.

• Build an effective business case reflecting the value of an appropriate strategy

If you are…

8+ years of account management experience

• Experience managing Quebec Government Accounts

• Holding a university degree; advanced university or MBA

• Good at partnering, innovating, and making things happen. You are aligned to our core values.

• Knowledgeable of the strengths and weaknesses of key competitors’ accounts and leverage this knowledge in the account favor

• Able to work independently on creating a pipeline and driving the sales process up to the closure of the deal

• Able to develop a good relationship to customers and partners

• Excellent in verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation

• The selected candidate must live in the province of Quebec

Au cours d'une journée typique en tant que gestionnaire de compte d'entreprise, vous allez :

• Identifier de nouveaux compte, produits et potentiels commerciaux

• Être responsable du chiffre d'affaires et des marges ainsi que pouvoir établir et maintenir des plans de compte pour favoriser la croissance des ventes

• Établir de manière proactive des relations professionnelles solides et une crédibilité avec les principaux responsables informatiques et commerciaux du compte de l'entreprise.

• Identifier les artistes clés et développer un plan de relève pour assurer l'excellence individuelle et collective ; gérer les performances et les résultats des élèves les plus performants et les moins performants.

• Construire une analyse de rentabilisation efficace reflétant la valeur d'une stratégie appropriée

Si vous êtes…

+8 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de compte

• Expérience en gestion des comptes du Gouvernement du Québec

• Détenteur un diplôme universitaire; université avancée ou MBA

• Bon à établir des partenariats, à innover et à faire bouger les choses. Vous êtes aligné sur nos valeurs fondamentales.

• Connaître les forces et les faiblesses des comptes des principaux concurrents et tirer parti de ces connaissances en faveur du compte

• Capable de travailler de manière indépendante sur la création d'un pipeline et de conduire le processus de vente jusqu'à la conclusion de la transaction

• Capable de développer une bonne relation avec les clients et les partenaires

• Excellent en communication verbale et écrite, en présentation et en négociation

• Le candidat sélectionné doit résider au Québec
