About this opportunity:
We are looking for a Senior Troubleshooter in the Fault Management (FM) and New Node Introduction (NNI) areas within ENM who can successfully drive the project to deliver its objectives and meet Customer expectations.
FM and NNI are strategical areas in ENM and you will take a key role in the successful evolution of the product. This is also an opportunity to work with 10 mature, well-functioning cross functional teams. The Troubleshooter is a central position supporting all the developer teams in the unit to solve various technical challenges coming up during the development of the product.

What you will do:
• Lead the investigation and resolution of complex ENM production and customer issues across multiple domains and components.• Perform end-to-end root cause analysis of software, deployment, integration, and performance problems.• Act as the technical focal point during critical incidents, coordinating developers, architects, support teams, and system experts.• Drive task forces for high-priority customer escalations and business-critical product issues.• Analyze logs, traces, dump files, Kubernetes/JBoss/Linux diagnostics, and monitoring data to identify fault causes.• Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of fixes, patches, and workarounds.• Identify recurring issues and drive permanent corrective actions to improve product quality and stability.• Collaborate with Release Verification, Integration, and Customer Support organizations to resolve cross-functional problems.• Contribute to technical risk assessments and proactively identify potential stability or scalability concerns.• Mentor engineers in systematic problem-solving and advanced troubleshooting techniques.• Drive automation and AI-assisted diagnostics to reduce issue resolution time.

• Experience with telecom/network management systems (ENM is a strong advantage).• Experience working with Java-based applications and services.
