Position Summary
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers developing mobile client and backend systems (Unity and other technologies).
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable, high-performance features and services.
- Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to define requirements and deliver engaging player experiences.
- Roll out engineering practices, tools, and processes that improve code quality and development efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance, performance evaluations, and career development support to your team.
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, including 2+ years in a leadership/management role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience with scalable client/server systems and distributed architectures.
- Strong Git knowledge.
- Background in C# (Unity) - a strong plus.
- Background in game development, live ops, or social/mobile gaming – a strong plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
