Position Summary

We are looking for a talented Product Monetization Manager to join our team.
The Monetization team is responsible for driving revenue growth while supporting a strong and engaging game experience for our players. To achieve company business goals, the team continuously improves monetization performance based on data and player behavior.
In this role, you will plan and execute monetization approaches for new and existing features, with a strong focus on structured test planning. Through ownership of monetization tests and experimentation, you will help shape feature development decisions and support both game and LiveOps planning strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute monetization approaches for new and existing game features.
  • Define, in collaboration with Economy and LiveOps managers, the feature usage approach, economy alignment, LiveOps plan, and in-game communication for launch and post-launch phases.
  • Own the planning and execution of monetization tests for upcoming and existing features, including LiveOps-related tests.
  • Explore and propose monetization treatments and improvements beyond the standard or default approaches currently running in the game.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Game Economy, Analytics, LiveOps, and Creative teams to support feature launches and ongoing optimization.
  • Continuously optimize monetization performance in a data-driven manner to support company KPIs.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in monetization, product, or a similar role within gaming or a data-driven B2C environment.
  • Solid understanding of free-to-play monetization principles and player behavior.
  • Hands-on experience planning and executing product or monetization tests.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work confidently with data and KPIs.
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
  • High sense of ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
