Position Summary
We’re looking for a talented Influencer Manager to join our Marketing Innovation team.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, recruit, and negotiate with influencers across social platforms (IG/FB,YouTube, TikTok, Twitch).
Negotiate, build and nurture long-term partnerships.
Monitor content & campaigns execution, create briefs.
Collaborate effectively with multiple teams, in-house and external vendors.
Plan, execute, and optimize influencer campaigns aligned with KPIs.
Analyze performance data, apply insights, and pivot strategies for growth.
Requirements
1–2 years’ experience in marketing, project management, or sales in Tech.
Native English, strong written & verbal communication.
Knowledge in social platforms & influencer landscape.
Organized, detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple projects & tasks.
Proactive, independent, solution-oriented.
Skilled in relationship-building, recruitment & negotiation.
Data-driven with analytical mindset, able to optimize campaignsaccordingly to performance.
Familiarity with measurement & analytical platforms.
