Engineering Team Lead - Enterprise Solutions

Gong is seeking a highly motivated Engineering Team Lead to spearhead our Enterprise Solutions Group, dedicated to serving our largest and most strategic customers.

As the Engineering Team Lead, you will:

• Lead and expand a specialized team of backend and frontend engineers focused on delivering customized, high-impact solutions for enterprise clients.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Customer Success, and Sales teams to shape the roadmap for enterprise-specific features, balancing immediate customer needs with long-term platform vision.
• Drive complex, enterprise-grade implementations that address the unique requirements of our most demanding customers while ensuring scalability and alignment with our core platform.
• Act as a technical liaison with key stakeholders at enterprise accounts, effectively communicating technical concepts to business audiences.
• Coach, mentor, hire, and grow individuals on the team to deliver enterprise-quality solutions while maintaining the highest standards of code quality and performance.

You should apply if you are:

• An experienced team leader (4+ years managing people) with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-level projects.
• A software development veteran with 10+ years of industry experience, focusing on large-scale, cloud-based technologies and enterprise solutions.
• Skilled in Java and related frameworks, with experience in high-performance, scalable systems (advantage).
• Experienced in enterprise software integration, API development, and managing complex technical requirements (advantage).
• Adept at building customer-facing products with an understanding of enterprise UI/UX needs (advantage).
• Holding a degree in computer science or a similar field (preferred).
• Most importantly, passionate about motivating, mentoring, and developing team members while balancing technical excellence with customer satisfaction.
