What Are We Looking For?
We’re searching for an experienced Engineering Team Lead to join our growing team in Tel Aviv. You'll play a pivotal role in leading one of our AI Product teams. You will drive the development and evolution of our conversational AI technology while managing a team focused on building new features, enhancing existing capabilities, and ensuring optimal performance of our voice solution.
- 3+ years of experience in managerial positions.
- 4+ years of hands-on software engineering experience in Python and Javascript (Node.JS) (advantage)
- Familiarity with industry-standard monitoring systems (e.g. Splunk, DataDog, New Relic, etc.)
- Familiarity with AWS / Azure / GCP services
- Experience using Databases (MySQL / Postgres / Snowflake / MongoDB) (advantage)
- Experience designing, building, and operating large systems with emphasis on scalability, high availability, comprehensive testing, and performance optimization
- Experience building virtual assistants or SaaS products - advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proficient English
