Lead and scale Hyro's B2B marketing engine for U.S. enterprise healthcare: build ABM and demand-generation programs, centralize messaging, rearchitect marketing stack with AI, drive pipeline and attribution, hire and manage marketing teams, and represent the company at events and conferences.

Lead and evolve Hyro’s brand across campaigns, web, and customer communications. Design marketing assets (webpages, decks, reports, case studies, events, video), create scalable visual systems and motion language, oversee external vendors, manage website information architecture, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging experiences.

Embed with strategic health-system accounts as a trusted advisor to drive adoption and expansion of Hyro's AI agents. Own client adoption journeys, deliver demos and training, translate requirements into deployment plans, advise on best practices, coordinate internal teams, and help define the playbook for this new function.

Lead product design for client-facing healthcare products: own UX/UI, prototype and test rapidly, collaborate with PMs and engineers, define reusable components and a design system, and mentor designers.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for Hyro's analytics and insights platform. Own customer-facing reports and insight engine, partner with engineering and data teams to build data infrastructure, define success metrics, translate customer and business needs into product direction, and present insights to senior leadership to drive growth.
