  • Testing & Troubleshooting: Provide advanced support for production issues at both system and component levels. Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and software-related problems in prototype and production systems. Assist in new product introductions and continuous process improvement efforts.

  • Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine maintenance and calibration of tools, fixtures, and equipment on the manufacturing line. Ensure accurate documentation of service activities, repairs, and performance metrics.

  • Material Flow & MRP System Administration: Manage Work Definitions setup within Oracle MRP systems. Coordinate with Supply Chain and Warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely material flow, kitting, and work order releases to the production floor.

  • Process Support: Collaborate with Production, Manufacturing Engineers, and Quality Engineers to enhance line performance and yield. Analyze process control data and recommend actionable improvements.

  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain detailed records of procedures, test results, and engineering changes. Adhere to cleanroom protocols and safety standards. Prepare technical reports as required.

  • At least 2-4 years of role-related work experience is required.

  • Proven hands-on experience in semiconductor capital equipment manufacturing (e.g., etchers, deposition tools, wafer handlers, robotics).

  • Proficiency in interpreting schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings.

  • Familiarity with vacuum systems, thermal systems, and cleanroom operations.

  • Strong analytical and technical problem-solving capabilities.
