We are looking for an Engineering Project Manager to join the Engineering Department team at P&G in Louveira - SP.
As an Engineering Project Manager, you will:
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary
Manage project budgets and track expenses
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders
Ensure quality standards and project objectives are met
Lead project meetings and provide clear direction to team members
Document processes, decisions, and project outcomes
Job Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Excellent communication skills in English
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Proficiency in project management tools, such as Microsoft Project
Live in or have mobility for a full-time face-to-face work Louveira - SP.
