- Lead and deliver program activities for Refurbished and Remanufactured Programs
- Work closely with global cross-functional teams to deliver effective product development process results
- Ensure that offerings are compliant with Quality Management Systems (QMS) requirements
- Manage quality objectives, regulatory requirements, schedules, and program risks while making decisions based on business objectives
- Lead continuous improvement activities by driving the implementation of process and product quality improvement initiatives
- Responsible for developing and managing engineering / technology projects. Interfaces with internal/external customers to ensure organization resource allocation is made. Accountable to deliver the scope of work to the original cost estimate. Manages schedule, budget and integration of NPI and/or requisition projects, including influencing the projects to meet customer CTQs and hit tollgate milestones. Project is often a component of a program.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mechanical, Electrical or Biomedical Engineering or Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years experience within technical discipline, project management, or technical leadership or equivalent (defined as High School Diploma/GED and 5 years progressive experience in the data management area, analytical analysis, project management or technical leadership.)
- 4 years relevant project leadership experience.
- Strong technical abilities and able to create well defined engineering documents and procedures.
- Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional project teams and an ability to drive project design plans to completion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- 7 years of relevant project leadership experience
- Scheduling and schedule management experience
- Excellent influencing skills
- Experience with entire new product introduction (NPI) cycle of GEHC products
- Familiarity with ISO, FDA and other regulatory standards
