Join our Health Care Professional (HCP) Engagement team and help transform the Personal Health Care (PHC) landscape with innovative digital solutions! As a Senior Engineering Manager, you’ll lead the development of cutting-edge products that empower our sales, brand, and marketing teams across 20+ global markets.
What You’ll Do:
Shape the future: Lead Health Care technology solutions with the IT Director, driving the technical roadmap and architecture strategy.
Inspire and lead: Mentor a hybrid engineering team and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Build and integrate: Oversee the design and delivery of scalable, secure digital solutions, exploring new technologies and driving continuous improvement.
Lead CRM solutions: Lead the technical implementation of CRM platforms (e.g.: Salesforce) to ensure top performance and seamless integration in a global context.
Drive excellence: Conduct code reviews, assess designs, and guide architecture with enterprise and solution architects.
Innovate boldly: Champion experimentation and data-driven decisions to accelerate digital transformation.
Job Qualifications
Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software engineering.
Proven expertise in Apex, Java, or/and .NET development.
Experience working with or integrating Salesforce CRM is highly desirable.
Solid understanding of cloud architectures, APIs, and system integrations.
Ability to technically assess and challenge solution proposals and vendor deliverables.
Experience leading engineering teams in large-scale digital or transformation programs.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to translate technical vision into business value.
