Required
• Relevant experience (approx. 15 years) in Building management, Controls, Fire, Access, SCADA & PLC system and HVAC.
• Knowledge of building energy management system, energy conservation.
• Experience in IT/Networking Design /Storage will have added advantage.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders across all stages of the projects/proposals
• Review and analysis of project requirements for clarity, understanding and feasibility of solutions
• Ensure key risks and issues are identified, documented, mitigated and communicated to the appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner
• Strong problem solving skills along with the ability to pay attention to detail and ability to assimilate fragmented facts into a detailed problem statement
• Proven analytical and quantitative skills and an ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, develop business cases, and complete root cause analyses • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to efficiently articulate technical subject matter
