Main Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Windows platform engineering team, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Define and implement the strategic vision for the Windows platform, aligning it with overall business objectives.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely completion and meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and QA, to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
- Oversee the technical development process, including architecture design, coding standards, and code reviews.
- Mentor and develop engineering staff, guiding best practices, technical skills, and career growth.
Core Requirements
- Proven experience in software engineering management (experience with Windows platforms engineering is an advantage).
- Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Business-oriented mindset with the ability to balance technical considerations with strategic business objectives.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Salary Range
- Gross Salary 6700 - 8600 EUR/Month.
