Hungarian Google partner company, Aliz is looking for a motivated Engineering Intern to join their team in Budapest. As our Engineering Intern, you will play a crucial role in assisting our Engineering department in providing exceptional support to our clients utilizing Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This part-time position will involve handling repetitive tasks, such as ticket follow-ups, process validations, and internal IT inventory management.
This position requires active student status in Hungary until at least January 2027.
Responsibilities
- Ticket Management:
- Follow up on open tickets to ensure timely resolution.
- Prioritize tickets based on urgency and impact.
- Assist in documenting ticket resolution processes.
- Assist by Knowledge base structuring, Knowledge article creation, and sorting.
- Process Validation:
- Verify adherence to established support processes and procedures.
- Identify areas for process improvement and suggest recommendations.
- Task Follow-Up:
- Monitor ongoing tasks for clients and ensure they are progressing according to plan.
- Provide timely updates to clients and internal teams.
- Internal IT Inventory:
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of IT assets within the organization.
- Update inventory information as needed.
- Various ad hoc tasks:
- Support the Engineering team with administrative duties.
- Help out the Partnership team with external candidate management.
Requirements
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills in English.
