JOB DESCRIPTION
- Maintain and update document registration for engineering drawings, specifications, and plant documentation.
- Raise purchase requisitions (PR), tracking progress, and performing good/service receiving and purchase orders (PO) receiving.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for procurement documentation.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the engineering team.
- Consolidating and prepare periodical reports.
- Assist in preparation of department/team procedure/working instructions.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Diploma in Engineering or administration, Technical Management, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in engineering documentation or administrative support.
