A Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Jimbaran, Bali offers 64 keys including 39 guestrooms and 25 villas. Located on a scenic 2-hectare site in Bali’s historic fishing village of Jimbaran, the resort enjoys elevated views of both sunrise and sunset, and is just 20 minutes from Ngurah Rai International Airport. Guests will experience a refined selection of amenities including an all-day dining restaurant, specialty dining, bars, resort pools, a fitness center, and a Luxury Collection Spa. The resort is estimated to open in Q1 2027.


POSITION SUMMARY

The Engineering Admin provides comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the Engineering Department, ensuring efficient management of engineering documentation, permits, licenses, compliance records, vendor administration, and sustainability initiatives. This role serves as a key liaison between the Engineering team, government authorities, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to support operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and environmental sustainability goals.

Follow all company policies and procedures, ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language, prepare and review written documents accurately and completely, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.


CANDIDATE PROFILE
 

Education
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Additional certification in Environmental Management, Sustainability, Occupational Health & Safety, or Project Administration is an advantage.
 

Work Experience
 

Required
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administration, engineering coordination, facilities management, or compliance-related roles.
Experience managing documentation, reports, permits, licenses, and vendor coordination.
Experience working in a hotel, resort, property management, construction, engineering consulting, or manufacturing environment preferred.
 

Preferred
Previous experience in luxury hospitality.
Exposure to sustainability programs, ESG reporting, Green Hotel certification, EarthCheck, Green Globe, LEED, EDGE, or similar environmental initiatives.
Experience coordinating with local government authorities regarding permits and regulatory requirements.
