Key Responsibilities- Monitor and improve FPY (First Pass Yield) and RTY (Rolled Throughput Yield) across projects.
- Analyze recurring quality issues and drive improvement actions through cross-functional teams.
- Correlate customer rejections with internal failures to identify detection gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Lead GYAT (Go, See, Act, Teach) reviews and ensure effective closure of actions.
- Monitor critical process parameters using SPC, Cp, and Cpk analysis.
- Provide real-time support to IPQA teams on process observations, deviations, and quality clarifications.
- Review and update PFMEA (Process Failure Mode & Effects Analysis) and Control Plans.
- Ensure timely closure of audit findings and conduct periodic reviews of previous audit actions.
- Apply structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, Lean Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, and CAPA.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process quality.
- Strong knowledge of PCB assemblies, electronic components, and mechanical inspection.
- Experience in Customer Quality, IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance), and Incoming Quality functions.
- Hands-on experience with SAP and quality documentation systems.
- Familiarity with IPC standards, preferably IPC-A-600.
- Strong understanding of quality tools including:

- Cp/Cpk
- GRR

- Lean Six Sigma

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Educational Qualification:
