a System Analyst of Information Technology to join our growing Vishay General Semiconductor (China). Responsible for Beijing & Tianjin Business Infrastructure System admin, Servers & PCs & Network trouble shooting as well as documentation.

What you will be doing:
Operations, Maintenance & Technical Support
• Perform daily inspection, preventive maintenance, and scheduled servicing of key electromechanical systems, including but not limited to power distribution, air compression, HVAC, Vacuum, Etc.
• Rapidly troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective, long-term countermeasures to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Provide advanced technical support and guidance for mechanical and electrical breakdowns of production and custom automation equipment.
• Review and manage technical documentation for electromechanical equipment, including electrical schematics, PLC ladder logic, mechanical assembly drawings, manuals, and maintenance records.
Cost Saving
• Identify, propose, and execute cost-saving projects focused on energy efficiency (e.g., optimizing HVAC and compressed air systems), resource conservation, and material life cycle extension.
• Analyze utility consumption data and maintenance spend to identify trends, pinpoint waste, and develop actionable strategies for reducing operational expenditures
EHS Compliance & Execution
• Safety First: Strictly adhere to and champion all company and national EHS regulations and standards in all maintenance activities.
• Risk Control: Conduct safety risk assessments for electromechanical equipment and workflows, and drive effective corrective actions for identified hazards.
• Safe Work Practices: Enforce and manage high-risk work permit systems, with demonstrated proficiency in overseeing Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), hot work, working at heights, and confined space entry.
• Emergency Response: Participate in the development and refinement of electromechanical emergency response plans and lead related drills. Act as a technical expert during emergency situations
What you will bring along:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering & Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• 5 years above of working experience in electromechanical equipment maintenance within a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience in identifying and implementing cost-reduction initiatives, with a focus on energy conservation and operational efficiency.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze operational data to support cost-saving proposals.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Experience with risk assessment methodologies and hazard identification, familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Have good team cooperation spirit, patient, responsible.
