Overview of the Position:
Provides project management of multiple engineering projects, reverse engineering, and technical writing.
* This is for a full time on site position based out of our Princeton, FL facility.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reverse engineer, troubleshoot, and repair of various aircraft components, both electrical and mechanical, using manual and automatic measuring equipment.
- Establish measurement tolerances using accepted industry practices and/or review of next higher assemblies.
- Create, revise, and review designs using Solidworks 3D CAD Software
- Assist in creating Repair Process Supporting Documentation Packages for submittal to the FAA and/or customers.
- Develop tools for aircraft maintenance.
- Develop test and tooling equivalency with supporting documentation.
- Research, collect data, and work with design teams to evaluate, select, adapt, and modify techniques, procedures and criteria to solve problems.
- Other duties that may be assigned.

- Further knowledge and witnessed practice of company core values.

- Has an understanding of both the Repair Station and Design and Development quality manuals

Education / Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, or Electrical Engineering; or demonstrated equivalent as determined by the hiring manager.
- Solidworks or 3D CAD Software experience, required.
