As a Quality Engineer I here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play an essential role in supporting our commitment to delivering high-quality products and services. You will be involved in executing quality assurance activities, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with quality standards and continuous improvement.
You will report directly to our Quality Manager and you’ll work out of our Clearwater, FL location on an On-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact product quality and customer satisfaction by assisting in the identification and resolution of quality issues, supporting audits, and contributing to process improvements that drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Assist in the execution of quality assurance and control activities to ensure product compliance with Honeywell’s quality standards.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation to resolve quality issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
- 1-3 years of experience in quality engineering or a related role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Knowledge of quality management systems, root cause analysis, and problem-solving techniques.
- Familiarity with quality tools such as Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Experience with quality data analysis and reporting tools.
- Advanced degrees in engineering or related technical fields.
- Experience with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.
- Strong analytical and technical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of industry quality standards and regulatory requirements.
