Working as part of a cross functional team, you lead RDQ activities to complete packaging design and packaging deployment for innovation/growth projects and productivity projects across multiple geographies with an emphasis on delivering the desired consumer experience.
How you will contribute
You will independently coordinate technical work for projects in line with RDQ, marketing and manufacturing requirements, effectively communicating status and risks, and coordinate projects to determine appropriate packaging specification information using sampling and supplier management and pilot-plant and factory trials in accordance with good manufacturing practice and HACCP requirements. In this role, you will also develop activities such as packaging design and specifications, scale up, commissioning, etc., and plan for the effective use of resources including the use of external agencies and suppliers. To succeed in this role, you will use your understanding of equipment design and manufacturing processes to ensure that packaging specifications are determined with excellence. You will be accountable for stakeholder management and influencing decisions based on conclusions derived from the analysis and interpretation of results; develop and leverage connections both internally and with the external technical community; and create intellectual property to drive competitive advantage.

O que você precisa saber sobre esta função:
Posição requer experiência no processo de desenvolvimento de embalagens, desde o conceito da embalagem até a comercialização, e sólidas habilidades técnicas. Liderança em projetos e/ou atividades com alto nível de complexidade, autonomia na tomada de decisões e exposição regional/global.
Você atuará dentro do time de R&D Packaging regional, apoiando no desenvolvimento do processo embalagem com foco em materiais de embalagem.Atuará em conjunto com os times regionais/globais para buscar soluções que conciliem requisitos técnicos de proteção ao produto, food safety, sustentabilidade e experiência do consumidor, assim como comerciais tais quais custos, disponibilidade de cadeira de suprimentos.
Principais responsabilidades:
- Liderança técnica em programas de desenvolvimento de embalagem com foco no desenvolvimento e validação de materiais. Os tipos de programa incluem programa de aumento de margem, simplificação e/ou harmonização técnica, licitações, novos fornecedores, sustentabilidade, resultados de pesquisa com consumidor, etc.
- Liderar e/ou dar suporte à projetos de testes em plantas para materiais de embalagem, trabalhando com equipes multifuncionais (Marketing, Compras, Desenvolvimento de Negócios, Produção, Cadeia de Suprimentos e Qualidade).
- Planejar, coordenar e reportar adequadamente cada teste, fornecer o nível adequado de suporte técnico e solução de problemas para executar os objetivos do teste e garantir a documentação adequada de cada atividade.
- Atuar em parceria com Especialistas de Materiais Globais em novas tecnologias.
- Dar suporte à testes de laboratório e participação em estudos de prazo de validade dos produtos para programas de desenvolvimento de embalagem.
- Garantir que todas as expectativas de Qualidade da Embalagem sejam atendidas.
- Aplicar conhecimento técnico em embalagens e ferramentas digitais para impulsionar inovação, novos designs e desenvolvimento de formatos nas diversas categorias de produtos;
- Alavancar e desafiar os fornecedores a desenvolver novas tecnologias com formatos e materiais de embalagem com vantagem de custo para atingir as metas de negócios.

Formação completa preferencialmente em Engenharia ou afins.
Inglês avançado.
