You will work in Mondelēz International Digital Services and help us deliver an impeccable service experience with your customer focus and meticulous attention to detail in administrative tasks. In this role, you will ensure that processes are adhered to and documented.
How you will contribute
Be responsible for the day-to-day administration and operation support for processes in your area of responsibility and will deliver them within agreed to deadlines and ensure service quality is maintained. You will ensure that all activities comply with standard operating procedures and legal requirements, including data privacy considerations and work with other team members to ensure that end-to-end processes are efficient and accurate, including data input and maintenance. You will deal with access requests/issues and identify and act on continuous improvement opportunities.

Principais Responsabilidades
- Classificar, importar e conferir arquivos no sistema de folha (ADP), garantindo precisão e consistência dos dados.
- Atender tickets e demandas de colaboradores e áreas parceiras, com qualidade, empatia e agilidade.
- Apoiar o processamento da folha de pagamento, assegurando conformidade com a legislação trabalhista (CLT).
- Analisar dados e variações de folha com senso crítico, identificando inconsistências e oportunidades de correção.
- Contribuir com a documentação de processos e procedimentos da área.
- Trazer visão de melhoria contínua - questionar processos, sugerir otimizações e propor mudanças quando identificar oportunidades.
Requisitos
- Formação superior completa em Administração, Recursos Humanos, Contabilidade, Finanças ou áreas correlatas.
- Experiência com processamento de folha de pagamento no Brasil.
- Noções de cálculo de folha, encargos e eSocial.
- Conhecimento de legislação trabalhista (CLT).
- Excel avançado (macros, tabelas dinâmicas, fórmulas complexas).
- Raciocínio lógico e matemático sólido.
- Senso analítico apurado - capacidade de analisar, questionar e interpretar dados.
- Forte senso de ética e integridade - fazer o certo é prioridade.
Desejáveis
- Conhecimento de legislação previdenciária e tributária.
- Experiência prática com eSocial e acompanhamento de mudanças regulatórias.
- Conhecimento de controles internos e ambiente SOX.
- Experiência com ADP ou outros sistemas de folha de pagamento.
- Experiência com Workday.
- Inglês intermediário.
- Espanhol.

Skills Required
- Completed higher education in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience processing payroll in Brazil
- Knowledge of payroll calculations, payroll charges, and eSocial
- Knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation under CLT
- Advanced Excel, including macros, pivot tables, and complex formulas
- Strong logical and mathematical reasoning
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze, question, and interpret data
- Strong ethics and integrity
- Knowledge of social security and tax legislation
- Practical experience with eSocial and monitoring regulatory changes
- Knowledge of internal controls and SOX environment
- Experience with ADP or other payroll systems
- Experience with Workday
