We are seeking an Energy Assistant Operations Manager to partner with the Energy Operations Manager in supporting daily operations, employee development, fleet coordination, and continuous operational improvement.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate daily fuel and propane operations, including work assignments, scheduling, and operational priorities.
- Provide technical guidance, field support, and leadership to energy delivery employees.
- Coordinate fleet maintenance, vehicle readiness, and operational resources to support safe and efficient service.
- Promote safe work practices, regulatory compliance, and continuous operational improvement.
- Partner with the Energy Operations Manager and other departments to deliver exceptional customer service.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in fuel or propane operations, service, delivery, or a related energy industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of fuel and propane delivery, service, tank installations, and applicable industry regulations.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot operational issues.
- Valid Class B CDL with Hazmat, Tanker, and Air Brake endorsements and the ability to meet Centra Sota Cooperative driver qualification requirements.
